A reasonable small room in Seattle. The action and availability of a spread limit game is a great change from the 3/6, 4/8 stuff that's all over town. And it's as close to NL as we'll find under Washington State law. But they really need to manage the player demand much better.
Cardroom Quality: Overall note on this review is that I've only been here once. Also see my trip report.

The room was OK but nothing special. They have three tables on one side of a wall and two on the other side. The desk is a small podium. Player wait list is on a white board. It was comfortable but not memorable.

Player Level: I played the 2-40 spread game on a weekend which may or may not be a typical crowd. A couple of the players were pretty good, but a few others were easy to read and made the game quite profitable despite a few mistakes I made with big starting hands.
Dealers: Solid, friendly. I recall one exposed card in 3 hours, but no real dealer errors or problems. Players were on the ball with blinds and bets so it was easy to keep the game in line.
Food and Drink: Didn't eat or drink anything. Waitress did seem to be coming around on a regular basis.
Management: It was pretty clear the floor was overwhelmed this Saturday night. It took five minutes of standing at the desk to be acknowledged. She was keeping the wait list on a yellow sticky pad and hadn't updated the white board. When I came in she had seated the third game, but didn't have a dealer, and had 6 or 7 people for a fourth game. She said it might get started soon, but later it turned out she didn't have a fourth dealer -- either present or on call. How can you have five tables and not have a fourth dealer on a Saturday night?

At one point the waitlist grew to 20+ people and the floor was pretty tense and frustrated.

Extras: The have a players card where they log hours though no one asked if I had a card or offered to sign me up. And part of having good comps is letting players know about them. They also have fixed jackpots for high hands -- $500 for a royal, $250 for quad aces, $200 for quad ten to kings, $150 for other quads or something like that.
