Worked for me--nothing special, but if you know what you're doing there is certainly some people who will give up the dough.
Cardroom Quality: I haven't played much in the Seattle area (in fact, this is my first room here) so take this review with a grain of salt. The room was pretty full for a Wednesday (all three tables at one point...one 3/6 LHE, two 4/8 LHE). Nothing spectaculr, but it worked. The comment about the back table being near the back door is accurate--it got a little chilly when people went in and out.
Player Level: I played 4/8 for the most part...although there were a couple decent players, there were also many ripe for the pickings. A couple random drunks wandered by and donked off about $100 each...there was one woman who would reraise pretty much any raise at the table...interesting bunch. Turned out to be profitable for me, at least.
Dealers: Seemed pretty good...a couple minor mistakes, but nothing big.
Food and Drink: Got a water for a buck right away, but it took FOREVER to get my vodka tonic at the end of the session (I ordered when I had about 15 minutes left, and didn't get it until I was getting up to leave). It was cheap at least ($1.25, I think?).
Management: Seemed pretty efficient...got me into a game fast, and cashed me out fast (although he almost short-changed me $100...but he caught himself quickly).
Extras: Eh...don't usually pay much attention to these.

One of the first places I played at regularly, so I go back for sentimental value only. I haven't had a decent winning session there in awhile... those huge pots I mentioned above never seem to come my way.

It is conveniently located close to the airport, so it's a nice distraction when having to pickup or dropoff someone.
Cardroom Quality: The 3 poker tables seem to be an afterthought, shoved into the back corner next to the break room and rear entrance. This can lead to some chills when playing late and the doors open and close as people go out for smoke breaks.
Player Level: It can really fluctuate depending on the time of day. The afternoons have the older regulars, so 3/6 games are slow and pots are small. But if you go by late, the crazies play from midnight to closing (4:30am) and pots get enormous, even for a 4/8 game. Don't try to bluff, you WILL get called down.
Dealers: The dealers are a friendly bunch and take the time to get to know your name.
Food and Drink: The food isn't too bad, though I'm not a big fan of the Silver Dollar's comp system.
Management: The floor is friendly and eagerly greet new players. However, I wish they did a better job managing the table balance - I was stuck in a 5-handed 3/6 game when I wanted 4/8 - a seat was open but they didn't move me because they didn't want the 3/6 game breaking down.
Extras: Not sure of the exact schedule, but they rotate between Monte Carlo and hourly High Hands. Also, a decent daily tournament, 10:30 am daily, that allows unlimited rebuys through the first two rounds, so the prize pool is pretty big for the 20-30 players.
