Considering the expansion that is going on at the Tulalip and that they are aiming towards becoming a true destination resort/casino, I expect a lot more from their poker room. It seems like they've got most of components needed for a great room, good location (in the casino), lots of tables, a great player pool, but the ball is definitely being dropped here.
Cardroom Quality: The cardroom itself is nice in that it is in a completely segregated room from the rest of the casino. This helps keep non-poker noise down to a minimum.
All of the tables and chairs seemed in good condition and quite comfortable.

Player Level: The great part about this poker room is the player pool. At least at the low-mid levels (10/20 LHE and below, 3/5 NL) the level of play seems pretty weak. There are a sprinkling of decent players, but for the most part it reminds me of 1/2 NL in Vegas.
Dealers: One of the big downsides. I would say that, with a few execptions the dealers are at best average. I've seen a number of mistakes made and the general attitude seems rather lame.
Food and Drink: Service seemed fine (only had water/soda). All of the food that I saw being brought in looked like it was packaged up in 'to-go' boxes. (I did try some recently and the quality was actually good, updated the rating)
Management: I didn't really get the 'warm and fuzzies' from the floor/supervisor. They actually didn't even seem that motivated to fill empty seats. Just a general malaise.
Extras: I understand that they have jackpots, but I'm not sure what they are (been there several time recently). Most cardrooms make it clear to everyone it earshot what jackpots are going on, but not here. (They had an hourly high hand which at least gave me a change to get some of my jackpot drop back, so upgraded)

As one of the largest poker rooms in the area, they certainly could make it the de facto choice for players by making some changes. That being said, they're doing fine as they are and probably aren't very motivated to change much. The tournaments are quite popular but also fall along the lines of speed poker, except for the occasional special events. Won one of the Saturday tournaments earlier in the year, but way too much AI and calling AI to say it was mostly skill.
Cardroom Quality: Large room with a multitude of tables, guarantees action 7 days a week. Reasonably comfortable, no complaints there.
Player Level: I think if you're a solid low to mid limit player and you play here consistently, you'll make money no doubt. You may catch the inevitable horrid beats with the level of play there, but it's a place with plenty of positive expectation over the long haul as it does have a fair amount of newcomers, players with limited skills, people who have been there WAAAAY to long losing at Pai Gow, blackjack, craps, slots, bingo, keno, and oh yes, poker.
Dealers: With a large room, there's definitely some variance here. Not the friendliest bunch though. Sit down and start dealing kind of faces.
Food and Drink: Not bad. I don't really mix eating meals with playing poker much, but wasn't anything alarming to note.
Management: Eh.
Extras: Anyone hit a jackpot yet? Not easy here...

It would probably be the defacto headquarters for poker on the north end if it was a more pleasant experience... let's just say it's not quite my #1 place for fun. As it is I only go when I'm in the neighborhood.
Cardroom Quality: Large with a lot of tables... at least you know there will always be a game going. If there's a wait for the game you want, they'll give you a pager that works throughout the casino, so you can go lose at craps before you play.
Player Level: I can't speak to the NL players. The 4-8 limit players seem to be average... there are usually at least a couple newbs at the table.
Dealers: Surprisingly not good. The last time I played there the dealer made two consecutive errors reading the winning hand at showdown (there's no such thing as three pairs in HE). They're generally not very talkative and kind of dour. That's why the "Tulalip is Fun Fun Fun!" ad campaign amuses me to no end.
Food and Drink: They'll serve ya drinks in exchange for money.
Management: Also kinda brusque. It's a big room and they get stressed trying to get people seated and fill empty seats.
Extras: There's a high hand promotion sometimes, and an impossible-to-hit bad beat jackpot for certain hands.

Overall this is a great poker room. The management and board could use some help as sometimes things don't seem to run as smoothly as they could.
Player Level: While there are some good players, there seems to be a lot of donks at this room. Try Sunday mornings picking on the guys that have been there since Friday night!
Dealers: Some of the dealers are decent, but there are many that seem new or not that good.
Food and Drink: The food/drinks are good and the service is good to excellent
Management: Needs help.
