Progressive Bad Beat Jackpot returns to the Muckleshoot

The popular progressive bad beat jackpot that sometimes boasted jackpots of more than $300K has returned to the Muckleshoot Casino. Last year the jackpot rules were change to create a capped jackpot (aces full of jack beat for a $10K jackpot) and a capped super-jackpot (quads beat for $15K). As of June 1st, the progress BBJ is back with the restriction of aces full of kings beat and with a pot starting at $10K and increasing every day until it's hit.

Tournament summary

Overall I think that structure is much better this year and seemed to allow for more actual poker (at least in the first 5 rounds). Through out the tourny I ran pretty dry on starters and a majority of hands that I played (and raised with) went unanswered only picking...
Satellites....not so much

'Sat through' a satellite until I ran out of chips (can't say that I actually got to play). Hard to believe such a long string of non-starter hands. At one point I had 72o 5 times in a row....ugh

The good news is that the cash games are still proving to...
Time to do some damage

I'm off to see if I can do any good in a couple of satellites. After that maybe some lunch and them back to the cash games.

So I got up this morning retooled with my new footware, headed down to the Amazon room and booked a winner after 4 hours. Got this ship turned around and steaming in the right direction!

After a meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner have no meaning anymore) I tried a satellite and came up a bit...
WSOP 2009 - And so it begins

This has all happened before and will happen again.... doh!

It looks like I'm starting off this year almost the same as last. Several loses, cold cards and the feeling of being 2 steps behind everyone else. The second sessions last night consisted of holding my ground for 4 hours only...

Depends on if youre going to OC.
At stock speeds theyre pretty close performance wise, they trade blows pretty evenly.
However, both oc to about 4ghz fairly easily, ...

Freddie's in Fife is running a 15-30 game on wednesdays, or any other day of the week there is enough interest. The rake is $1 max with no jackpot drop
